We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of Conferte after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To use Conferte, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach. We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication and using strong, unique passwords. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.
If you register on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. The account will be deemed the account of that entity.
You must have appropriate authorization and rights to connect social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube) to Conferte. You are responsible for maintaining valid authentication tokens and permissions for connected accounts.
Conferte offers three subscription tiers: Starter ($29/month), Professional ($99/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Each plan includes specific features, limitations, and usage quotas as detailed on our pricing page.
Starter: 3 social accounts, 50 scheduled posts/month, 5GB storage, 1 AI persona. Professional: 10 accounts, unlimited posts, 25GB storage, 3 AI personas, 300 AI auto-replies/month, up to 3 team members. Enterprise: Unlimited accounts, posts, storage, AI personas, auto-replies, and team members.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for Enterprise customers with SLA guarantees. However, services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.
You agree to use our services reasonably and not engage in activities that may harm our infrastructure or other users. Excessive usage beyond normal business purposes may result in service throttling or account suspension.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these terms.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial on Starter and Professional plans. You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge. If not canceled, your paid subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process payment again. Your account may be temporarily suspended if payment cannot be processed. We reserve the right to terminate accounts with outstanding balances after reasonable notice.
Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes. We will collect and remit taxes where legally required.
